A celebration weekend honoring the newest Inductees to the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame. The weekend includes the Friday night Drawdown of Champions party, a Meet and Greet Saturday morning and on Saturday evening, the inductee banquet. The Drawdown offers a chance to win $5,000 and bid on silent and live auction items. Over 17 restaurants participate. BIDDER PACKAGES: An informational packet relating to the property may be obtained by prospective bidders by contacting the Auction Company. ONSITE AUCTION REGISTRATION: Bidders will be required to register with a photo ID, onsite at the auction. 10% BUYERS’S PREMIUM: A Ten Percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid on each property. The contract price will be equal to the high bid plus the Buyer’s Premium.
WINNING BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: The winning bidder (onsite or online) will be required to place Ten Percent (10%) of the total contract price down and sign an auction purchase agreement, immediately following the auction. MINERAL RIGHTS: The seller’s share of mineral rights (if any) shall transfer with the surface and shall be conveyed to the buyer at closing. Mineral rights are being sold subject to any existing lease agreements and assignments of record. Seller shall not provide title review for mineral rights and if the buyer desires a title opinion, it shall be at the buyers sole cost. It is recommended that buyers preform their due diligence prior to placing any bids at auction.
CLOSING: Closing shall be on or before Thirty (30) days following the date of the auction (December 12, 2015). Possession shall be delivered to the buyer at closing. All escrow monies shall be held by Marketplace Real Estate.
TAXES: The 2015 property taxes shall be prorated to the date of closing. Any previous year’s taxes due shall be paid in full by the seller, prior to closing.

The highest bidder will acquire the item and if any conflicts arise, the auctioneer will have absolute discretion to settle it through appropriate means. Auctioneer retains the right to withdraw any lot from the sale, combine, or divide lots as necessary.
6. All winning bids must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the auction. It is the buyers responsibility to attend the designated pick-up dates or arrange shipment for their items. Items not picked up within this window may be subject to a storage fee.
7. Sterling McCool Auctions is not responsible for shipment of items. If assistance is provided, it will be at the responsibility of the buyer and Sterling McCool Auctions cannot be held liable for any damage, regardless of cause.
8. Generally, all sales are subject to 7% Mississippi state sales tax.
9. Absentee, telephone, and online bidding is offered by Sterling McCool Auctions as a convenience. We cannot be held responsible for failure to execute any specific instructions pertaining to bids, but we will be diligent in following your instructions.
11. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the successful bid price for items purchased through Live Auctioneers and paid for by cash, check, pay pal, or bank wire.
12. An extra 2% processing fee will be charged to the successful bid price when paying by pay pal.
13. Estimates are merely an opinion of value and may be unreliable indications of item value.
14. All legal disputes or any litigations that may arise, for any reason, between Sterling McCool Auctions will be tried in Hinds County Courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi.
15. By registering to bid on any item, bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction.
